HOW TO TREAT HAIR?
General tips! To maintain long lasting brazilian virgin hair you must condition with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair, so we do recommend washing hair every 2-3 weeks as you would treat your own human hair. To keep hair from shedding at minimum try to prevent from cutting bundle wefts. Keep in mind any hair that has been manufactured stitched on wefts will experience minimum shedding, but not noticeable or drastic. Avoid using any heavy styling products or oils. We advise combing/ brushing your hair from the ends to your scalp to avoid pressure off the weft. Maintaining your virgin hair is extremely important and recommended.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
Any lengths from 14-16”inches we recommend 2 bundle or more. Lengths 18-26”inches we recommend 3 bundles or more. Lengths 26-30”inches we recommend 4 bundles or more.

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
YES! Our hair is 100% virgin human hair, so you are able to color the hair. Our hair is not processed in any way, so once you add any color/chemicals to hair it is no longer virgin hair. So, we do recommend processing your color treatment to be performed by a professional.

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
Our hair has very longevity depending how you maintain the hair. Our hair can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Treat your virgin hair like your natural hair!

Shipping Policy:
Thank you for choosing Black Dymonds Kollection!
Shopping with Black Dymonds Kollection we ask that you keep your billing and shipping address the same. Your billing address must be associated with your bank card.
Our process takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs only on business days which is Monday-Friday. For an example; if you order on a Friday-Sunday the processing of your order won’t take place until the next business day which is Monday. Our express shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
All packages will be delivered through USPS.
You will receive a tracking email. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days please feel free to reach out to customer service by email @blackdymondskollection@gmail.com.
Return Policy:
We are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange on unopened hair within 7 days from receiving your order. Hair must not be worn, tampered with or open. We are not responsible for any stylist coloring hair extensions incorrectly! A full refund, excluding original shipping cost will be refunded after hair has been inspected & delivered back to Black Dymonds Kollection.
